Holiday rental of large house located on the Santa Margarita Canal, Roses, with capacity for 8 people. In total there are 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (1 with bath, 2 with shower) plus 2 toilets.
Casa Canal-14 is distributed over 2 floors. On the ground floor 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, the laundry room (includes dryer) 1 large living room, small kitchenette, private pool of approx.7x3 and a wonderful Chill-out terrace next to the canal.
The rent includes mooring availability for a boat with a maximum of 7 meters. of length, just in front of the house where there is a sailing boat moored.
On the upper floor 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 2 terraces, with beautiful views over the canal and 1 facing south-west, for lovers of intensive tanning.
Casa Canal-14 is located on a small street with little traffic. In the courtyard at the entrance to the property you can park 2 vehicles. The property is fenced, having a corridor enabled for the owner of the boat to access is boat if necessary, respecting of course the privacy of the guests at all times.
Pets, upon request, are welcome as long as they are well educated, respect the garden and furniture and sleep in their beds.
