Resident in Roses and knowledgeable in the tourism sector since 1987, she has been self-employed since 1996 and has 30 years of experience in the real estate sector, since then she has been dealing with management and procedures for property owners. When the opportunity to take care of holiday rentals of some houses and thus combine office tasks with the tourism sector came up, she did not think twice: She obtained the necessary licenses, becoming an API Real Estate Agent and has since then been expanding her portfolio of summer rental houses. This step also allowed her to dedicate herself to buying and selling, and to be able to take care of her property owner clients even up to the moment of selling.
Joan was born here in Roses and has several years of experience in building swimming pools, with a special focus on installing filtration systems, and he takes care of their maintenance. He has been self-employed since 2008, and apart from pool maintenance, he also takes care of gardens and, outside the high tourist season, he takes care of home maintenance, kitchen installation, interior and exterior painting. He also carries out minor plumbing, electrical and carpentry repairs.
