The apartment consists of a bedroom, a bathroom, with an open American kitchen and a large living room. The terrace has a wonderful view of the lake, canal and the Pyrenees as well as Empuria. All windows are made of PVC and double glazed and it has air conditioning that ventilates hot and cold. The well-kept garden and the communal pool can be used and the moorings can be rented.
