Casa Maria, ideal for families, on the Costa Brava, Spain.
Spacious villa with Mediterranean garden, private pool, fenced plot of 1,000m² with space for 2-3 vehicles.
Please note that you only have 6 steps getting to the ground floor, then you have the pool, the large terrace and the main part of the house all on one level:
-4 bedrooms (3 of them with double bed and one with 2 single beds) plus a sofa bed.(for one)
- 1 bathroom with bath and 1 extra toilet
-fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room with direct access to the terrace/pool.
All rooms have air conditioning.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need on holiday: induction hob, oven, microwave, "Dolce Gusto" coffee machine, kettle and dishwasher. Several refrigerators (1 freezer compartment) offer enough space to store food and drinks.

On the upper floor there is 1 bathroom with bath and separate toilet, a small kitchenette and a sunny terrace with sea views.
The house is located in the quiet urbanization "Els Olivars" in Pau, in a few minutes you can reach the beaches of Roses or Empuriabrava, both sandy beaches and various small bays, you will find a Mediterranean atmosphere, hustle and bustle, many restaurants, everything you need for unforgettable holidays
Pau is located in north-eastern Spain, in Catalonia, about 5 km from Roses and 7 km from the nearest beach. Olives and vines are grown in the municipality of Pau. The grapes and olives are processed in the local cooperative “Empordàlia”. The wine is sold under the Empordà Costa Brava designation of origin and the Sinols brand. Olive oil is sold under the name "Oli de Pau".
Rest and relaxation are guaranteed.
The sports offer not only includes all water sports, there is also the possibility of hiking, cycling, tennis or parachuting. Golf courses are also within 20-30 minutes.
In a few minutes you can reach:
• several miles of sandy beaches, bays and rocky coasts.
• Restaurants of all price ranges and categories
• A wide range of shops
• 3 nature reserves: Cap de Creus, Aiguamolls, Albera, ideal for long walks and bike rides.
• Very interesting villages such as Roses, Cadaqués, Empuriabrava, Peralada, Figueres, the monastery of San Pere de Rhodes, the ruins of Empúries...
• Those interested in art, culture and/or history should visit Dalí's house and museum, the various summer concerts in the citadel of Rosas and in Perelada, the medieval towns of Pals and Castelló d'Empuries.
• A day trip to the capital of the province of Girona with its impressive Jewish Quarter and Cathedral or to Barcelona (150 km) for an unforgettable day.
